Article 2 – Data collected on the Site

The Data collected and subsequently processed by the Service are those that you voluntarily transmit to us by filling in the various forms present within the Service.

In particular, if this data can identify a physical person, it includes personal information that you transmit to us through the registration form such as names, surnames, physical addresses, e-mail address, telephone number. But also once connected to your account, all the transaction data, the list of your purchases and sales, the invoicing data, the personal discussions in private messaging, e-mail, fax or postal way and all the data that you will provide us in addition for a better use of the service. This also includes the data necessary to respond to you in case of contact with our service.

We will not have access to this data, as their collection and processing are governed by the terms and conditions of these parties. Your IP address (identification number assigned to your computer on the Internet) is collected automatically. In general, you can visit the Service without providing any personal information about yourself. In any case, you are under no obligation to transmit this information. However, if you refuse, you may not be able to take advantage of certain information or services.

We also collect, use and share aggregate data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregate data may be derived from your personal information but is not legally required to be so because it does not directly reveal your identity. In order to provide better content and services, the Service uses the Google Analytics service. Google Analytics does not track your browsing habits on third-party services. The information about you that Google Analytics has access to does not contain any personal data about you.

The so-called “sensitive” personal data that we collect are subject to additional security measures: they are encrypted and pseudonymized.

The contact information of the Users of the Service who have registered on the Service will be saved in compliance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. The collection of Users’ Personal Data by Eventeus does not require a declaration to the French authority for the protection of Personal Data (the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés – CNIL) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament of 23 May 2018 and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Article 3 – Identity of the data controller

The data controller is the company French Riviera Parties SASU, having its registered office at the address identified in the legal notice of the website.

Article 4 – Purpose of the Data collected

The Data identified as mandatory on the Service’s forms are necessary in order to be able to benefit from the corresponding functionalities of the Service, and more specifically from the operations on the contents proposed within it.

The Service may collect and process the Data of its Users:

For the purpose of providing you with the information or services to which you have subscribed, in particular: sending newsletters, commercial offers.
For the purpose of collecting information allowing us to improve our Service, our products and features (in particular through the use of cookies).
In order to contact you about: information about your events.
If you make a reservation, French Riviera Parties will share the following information about you with the host: your first and last name, if requested by the host, and a link to your French Riviera Parties account, all of which is necessary to fulfill the contract between the two parties. This information will allow the host to decide whether or not to confirm the reservation. Once the booking is confirmed, we will share your phone number with the organizer.The provider uses the data for the creation of the contract and its conclusion, under its sole responsibility and according to its own RGPD conditions which we are not responsible for. The identity of the respective provider is revealed on the booking dialogue.

Article 5 – Recipients and use of the collected Data

The Data collected by us are processed for the purpose of carrying out the operations on the contents of the Service.

You are likely to receive electronic mails from our Service, in particular within the framework of newsletters that you have accepted. You can ask to stop receiving these e-mails by contacting us using the contact details shown in Article 14 or by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in each e-mail sent to you.

Only French Riviera Parties is the recipient of your Personal Information. This information is never transmitted to a third party without your prior consent, notwithstanding the subcontractors used by Eventeus.

Neither French Riviera Parties nor its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors and users of its Service.

Our employees and partners are obliged to maintain secrecy and comply with data protection regulations.

Your personal data may be shared with the parties listed below for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We require all third parties to ensure the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. This includes suppliers of goods and services to Eventeus, who act on our behalf or at our direction, such suppliers will only have access to information that is strictly necessary to perform the functions requested. We do not allow our third party service providers to use your data without your consent.

Article 6 – Legal basis for data processing

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed or accessed without authorization. In addition, access to your personal data is subject to a defined and documented security procedure.

Our employees and all persons involved in the processing of personal data are obliged to comply with data protection laws and to keep it confidential.

We use a secure online transmission procedure, the so-called “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL), to protect the personal data of our users, which is visible in the web address bar in the form of the protocol “https://” and a small padlock next to it, which guarantees that your data is transmitted in an encrypted manner.

The transmission of data over the Internet may have security holes and a total protection of the data against access by third parties is however not possible (e.g. communication by e-mail…).

Article 8 – Duration of data storage

We retain data for the duration of your business relationship with Eventeus and in any other manner required by law.

We keep your data for as long as you have a member account with us and need our services.

The Data is stored at the Service’s host, whose contact details are given in the Service’s legal notice, and is kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above and may not exceed 24 months beyond this commercial relationship.

Beyond this period, they will be kept exclusively for statistical purposes and will not be used in any way whatsoever.

Article 9 – Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union

French Riviera Parties informs you that it has recourse to authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside of the European Union and may have access to the data collected through the various forms on the Service.

If it is necessary for the performance of a contract or for the use of the Service such as booking an experience in a non-EU country, we will transfer your data outside the EU, only with your prior consent, or to perform a contract with you, in a way that does not override your rights and freedoms.

French Riviera Parties refers to the “Derogations for Special Situations” mentioned in Article 49 of the GDPR in the absence of an “adequacy” decision and other safeguards under the GDPR.

French Riviera Parties has previously ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate safeguards and comply with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and protection of data. In particular, we have ensured that there is a legal basis for transferring data to a third country. In this respect, some of our service providers are subject to internal company rules (or “Binding Corporate Rules”) that were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while others obey not only Standard Contractual Clauses but also the Privacy Shield.
