What a wonderful integrated world we live in when Isabella from Argentina gives an enthusiastic and informative tour of Cannes! It was hot and I was fearful of a demanding, exhausting trek around a sticky city. However Isabella took it gently, at our pace. Somehow from the old food market, with a fried zucchini flower for energy, we were at the top of Le Souquet (the summit) with great views down on Le Croisette without feeling the pain of getting up there. Isabella struck the right note between too much and too little. She must be given credit for keeping two recalcitrant teenagers engaged and on board! We ended the tour feeling we had seen everything but not overloaded by information and still with some gas in the tank to head back to the old town for lunch and some more exploring.

So good we went two days in a row! Started at a bar right next to our hostel and went to 4 great bars and a club. Free shot in every place and great deals on drinks. Great atmosphere and met some incredible people from all over. Shout out to the all the staff who really made the experience!

We had a very nice tour with Rich! He told us a lot about the history of Nice and showed us gorgeous places. Highly recommend it!☺️

I took two free walking tours with Isabela in Nice: the night walking tour, in english, and the morning walking tour, in spanish. They were amazing! Isabela is super sweet and intelligent and told us about the beautiful story of Nice and many curiosities. It was a great experience and the best way to feel connected with the city. Totally recommended!!

We did the free walking night tour on Wednesday with the guide named Rich who was super enthusiastic about Nice and told us very interesting stories about the history of the city. Recommended!
