If you intended to join a FREE tour but are no longer able to do so, simply let us know via email at info@rivierabarcrawl.com. For the cancellation of a paid activity (bar crawl, tour, or other activity), we refer you to what is stated in our terms and conditions. "Any cancellation made at least 72 hours in advance will be refunded at 50%." Generally, we do not refund tickets after this time.

Your guide will be easily recognizable by wearing either a red company t-shirt, carrying a red umbrella, or sporting a red jacket or sweatshirt with the Riviera Bar Crawl Tours logo. Additionally, they will have a red badge displaying the name of your guide. Keep an eye out for our team!

In case the tour concludes at the Castle of Nice, while your guide ascends, you have the option to use the elevator and meet the guide and the group at the top of the castle.
